AMAZING new Celebrity Solstice Pictures and Video

I was privileged enough to be invited on a pre-inaugural sailing on one of  the most anticipated ships of the year – the Celebrity Solstice!  I was very excited to be included in such a special event, and wanted to share some of my experience with you.

The outside of the ship is quite impressive with its white and blue lines.  The balcony cabins on the center bump out of the ship have the shaded plexiglass balconies, which creates a large X when viewed from a distance, making sure you do not confuse it with any other cruise lines vessel.   The funnels also have the cruise lines signature X on them.

As you board, you are handed a glass of champagne to toast your arrival.  And let me tell you, when you step on, you have an immediate feeling that you HAVE arrived.  This ship is so elegant and beautiful and unlike any new ship I have been on before.   The artists renderings you have seen do not do it justice.
