Michael goes above and beyond to make our vacation everything we desire. We especially appreciate the little extras that Cruise Planners includes like beating competitor's prices or offering shipboard credit or other perks. Last year Michael helped me get a cruise scheduled for 26 people and the feedback from all those friends and travelers was also very positive.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for all the wonderful upgrades you gave my husband and I. When we walked into the room and saw the wonderful view we could hardly believe it, we not only had a porthole we also had a balcony in the back of the ship with a great view. Then when we went to dinner and we had our own private table for two, it was almost as if we were on our second honeymoon (we have only been married 26 years), but I can truly tell you that this is the best vacation we have had since 2001 when we lost our 14 year old son in a tragic car accident. After that I never thought I could ever enjoy myself on a vacation again and then I lost my dad to cancer last year. Once again I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of my husband and myself from the bottoms of our hearts you truly made our cruise one to remember. I will be calling you soon since I am trying to plan a cruise with my son, daughter-in-law, grandson, my mom as well as my husband and I. I know you are the TLC cruise planner for us.

Thank you for your assistance with our group cruise through the Panama Canal. We had a wonderful time. The wine and fruit you had delivered to our room was a very pleasant surprise. Everyone in the group raved about the special things you arranged for us all while we were sailing. Our private cocktail party was a big hit and the group loved having that extra time together.
